Experience

Celek & Celek Construction, Inc. was founded in 1989 by President Brian Celek.  He worked closely with a team of people that included his father Richard Celek, his wife, Martha Celek and Robbie Welcome, Jr. to build a solid company that would be financially sound, efficiently run and hard working. We develop sites in the South Carolina Lowcountry and self perform all earthwork, storm drainage, excavation and mass grading for each of our projects.

Vice President, Earl Smalley III worked with the company during college summers and came to work full time after graduating in 1991.  He served as Project Manager until his promotion to Vice President and Shareholder in 2008.

Celek & Celek is a unique company.  There is virtually no turnover of employees due to a company culture rooted in a team commitment. Our core team has a combined 300 years of site construction experience in the Charleston market.  We bring that experience to each project with a goal-oriented work day, every day.  We maximize production and positively impact our clients bottom line.
